  49.  What's new ?

  52.  First off, thanks to all who offered feedback on previous versions.
  53.  
  54.  The main problem with previous FunFont releases had been the limited
  55.  number of fonts to choose from. To a certain degree, this was
  56.  addressed in v2.1, however the point size remained the same and the
  57.  user was limited to a choice of three. Now the user has a choice of
  58.  twelve different fonts with varying heights, widths and weights!!!
  59.  
  60.  Some users experienced problems with the FunFont keymap not being
  61.  compatible with their native keyboards, this has been solved by
  62.  offering the user a choice from twelve different keymaps which work
  63.  seamlessly and are totally invisible.
  64.  
  65.  Foreign language support has been extended, and FunFont now supports
  66.  these characters...  á ä å ç é ñ ö ü.
  67.  
  68.  The graphics have again been tweeked with a complete redraw for the
  69.  7 and 11 point fonts. Some new graphics have been included by request.
  70.  
  71.  The install script has been re-written to offer custom installations.
  72.  Also, as an added bonus the installation is narrated !
  73.  
  74.  FANSI creation has been made a lot easier by "FansiMaker". By using a
  75.  combination of script and Geditor (© Lars Malmborg) the user can
  76.  create proportional/fixed Fansi graphics in a WYSIWYG environment.
  77.  
  78.  For those users that can't make up their minds or just like variety,
  79.  a seperate font installation utility is included which stores all 12
  80.  fonts in a compressed format (55k) negating the need to retain the
  81.  original archive...although you should, so you can pass it on!

  83.  The send script now utilises "Requestfile" to make the sending of
  84.  Fansi/ansi graphics less complicated.

  86.  The guide has been modified to include the features mentioned above.
